Wellington Municipal Council would like to wish everyone a happy Canada Day. Due in part to restrictions on account of Covid-19, but also due to the recent discoveries of hundreds of bodies of indigenous children of this country, it was deemed appropriate to provide everyone with a time of reflection and reconciliation as we hopefully turn the page by recognizing the wrongs of the past and work together towards a better future for all. We recognize the fact that we are living in a rich, diversified and peaceful country and one we know can be more inclusive of all people. Let’s all work for a better future and celebrate life of all cultures and peoples of this beautiful country, Canada!
Old Mills Park Playground – The slide playground equipment is closed until further notice due to necessary repairs. The swing sets are ok to use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
